REFUND TERMS

If you are unsatisfied with one of our products, you will be eligible for a full refund for 30 days after the purchase date. We aim to process refunds within 10 days of the request receipt. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid by the customer, including any discounts used. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the title "Refund Request", providing the email address used for the purchase, the product name, and the licence key of the product. We will then process the refund and remove any activations of the product, notifying you via email.
